She is a Designer, specialised on Interior Design & Architecture, Furniture Design, Product Design and Design for Disability. She studied in Athens and London, with IKY scholarship for Master/PhD postgraduated studies. In Athens, she studied Interior Design & Architecture (TEI of Athens/University of West Attica) and Design in “London Guildhall University” (Master of Arts/MA). Then continues her studies (PhD) at the dept. of Art and Design at London Met University. Since 2001, she is teaching at the University of West Attica, dept. of Interior Architecture, and as a visiting Lecturer at London Met. University. She has taught in IEK Schools, in spec. Decoration Technician. She is examiner at the IB (International Baccalaureate) on the field of Design. She was consultant at the “Pedagogical Institute” (TEE “Furniture”), consultant at O.E.E.K. (I.E.K:”Commercial Design Decorator”), and at the Greek Ministry of Education for the books: “Wood Carving I”, “Wood Carving II” and “Furniture Design”. She has participated in International exhibitions as a designer, in Conferences with lectures and with publications in scientific journals. She works as an Interior Designer/Architect in Greece and the UK, on projects related to the Design of Interior Spaces, Furniture, Products and Lighting. She collaborated with many design companies, and worked at the Technical dept. of the Minicipality of Aspropyrgos. Her research interests are on the field of Interior Design, Furniture Design, Product Design and the Design for the Disabled/ Inclusive Design/ Accessibility.
